Birdie Houses is a new luxury hospitality brand redefining golf travel by offering curated retreats at some of the world’s most iconic golf destinations. With aspirations to stand apart in a traditionally conservative market, Birdie Houses needed a bold and cohesive brand identity that resonated with both seasoned golf enthusiasts and a younger, design-conscious audience. Our goal was to create a visual identity that not only communicated premium quality and playful sophistication but also positioned Birdie Houses as an investment-ready brand from day one.

Tom at Birdie Houses approached us with a powerful business model and a clear market opportunity, but no brand identity. The project aimed to address two key challenges: first, to create a distinctive visual language that would elevate Birdie Houses above standard Airbnb listings and golf accommodations; second, to generate excitement, trust, and desirability among both early customers and potential investors.
We were tasked with creating
• A distinctive brand logo and wordmark
• A complete visual identity system including colour palette and typography
• A mascot and character style to inject personality and storytelling
• Social media assets and templates for ongoing brand consistency
• Packaging, merch, signage, and marketing collateral mockups
• A photographic direction that captured the vibe of the Birdie experience
• A visual identity capable of extending into digital content, merchandise, and physical properties

Key highlights include:
A bespoke logotype and monogram that nods to vintage collegiate athletics while remaining clean and premium, perfect for digital and physical applications, from signage to golf balls.
A distinctive set of colours and typefaces that feel both grounded in golf tradition and fresh enough to attract a younger, affluent demographic. Greens and yellows are reimagined with a strong secondary palette.
Playful yet refined characters bring warmth, memorability, and humour to the brand, making it ideal for merchandise, digital content, and community building.
We created a wide range of branded touchpoints, apparel, golf tees, welcome boxes, A-frames, and signage to help Birdie Houses visualise how the brand lives in real-world scenarios.
